Handle Makes The Dome! This decoupage box purse is so clever! Made of wood, the purse has a building decoupaged on it. It could be the Capitol Building; I'm not sure. The metal handle of the purse makes the dome of the building! The hardware on the purse is in excellent shape and the purse is lined in black felt. The decoupage is in pretty good shape except for some small tears on the top edges. They are not noticeable and I think a coat of decoupage would seal them nicely
