Marked with "Whiting & Davis" on the tag inside, has enamelled art deco design in creme and orange. The frame is silver and has a pretty floral design engraved on it. There are some areas where enamel has rubbed off and several links have pulled away from the frame at both hinge areas. Some fading on one side. Chain and frame are intact. Priced accordingly for its condition, it is a nice piece for display.
